The staff was friendly enough, but really it was Mitchell at the front desk who made the difference. He listened to my requests and gave me clear directions to a local store when I needed something-kinda felt like he understood my struggle you know.

It wasn't cheap, but considering the location, it was still acceptable.

I was disappointed with the lack of elevator access. Moving rooms was a hassle with all our luggage. Additionally, we were promised a microwave but it wasn't in the room, which was frustrating.

The breakfast was a bit lacking. a couple bagels and some cereal just won’t cut it. Also, the weak water pressure was a letdown when I needed that morning wake-up shower.
